Welcoming a Soldier Home to Euless

It started as a request to the Mayor for an official Certificate of Recognition. Euless could do better and we did, at the request of City Manager Gary McKamie. Our Quint & Medic 551 was in attendance, Fire Admin was there, as well as several CFA folks. Presentation from our Mayor as well as a presentation from Congressman Marchant was the highlight. Santa brought me a new camera for Christmas... I am getting real good at daytime activities but night time still presents a challenge.

Texas Citizens Fire Academy Association

Garland CFA hosted the Chiefs Forum on March 7th. It was a great time by both the Citizens as well as the Fire Chiefs from each North Texas city that participates. An awesome breakfast was served, and great fellowship was had - but we were there for the forum and that turned out to be Fantastic.
